Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please leave a note at checkout if an item is required by a specific date.
All parcels will have a Canada Post tracking number. If your item is lost or damaged during the shipping process, please contact the post office to file a claim.
